Got going on this one today after finally sourcing a set of 1/48 fruil tracks in Canada.. So after a lot of sticky fingers and redoing bits this is where its at, there rear is like a glue bomb but luckily that will be covered in mud where it counts Fenders were fiddly gits the exhaust guards were a right pain to bend to shape and there not perfect Next up to tool clamps only 7 to mess up tough

Good work so far Spud. It's a little late but, would annealing the larger pieces of PE (fenders and exhaust covers) make them easier to work with? It does take a lot of the springiness out of the metal. Good luck on the tool clamps. Those things are a big enough headache in 1/35. In 1/48, they must be real fun! (I'd insert a cross-eyed smiley here, if there was one)

thanks Andy. Clamps are done, they were only one part of the clamp so they were easy enough, also were some braces on the air filter hoses, So now the lower hull is complete its onto the turret

PE clasps look good! For that scale, I would have done the same thing leaving the molded part and just add PE grips. You are on roll!

All that PE is really adding to the Tiggy. The details will pop when the paint and weathering are on.
