Very nice ref pic, but I have other plans for the rail cars. Maybe another time as it is very tempting.
As for the load on my railcar(s) I am still deciding what to load it with. PZ IV.....marder III...Marder II...
Working on the wheels and brakage, lots of cleaning of lots of small parts.

Thanks for the comments fellas and sorry for the late reply. Was busy yesterday and then a club meeting in the evening...so no bench time. @ Luigi...lol no way bud, way to long of a dio. If you look in PW #6 you'll get an idea of what I am going for. Just some ref pics for mojo. All images for discussion only

Good to see you cracked the box open brotha. jackwagon, you put the pressure on T..lol
I had started to texture the wood sides to one of the cars, but am not sure if I will go with them or not. I have to first figure out what WTH I will place on the cars !!!!!!

LOL Luigi I was looking at the Trumpeter ones last night. I don't have plans for one, but that could change.
Going to work on the rail ties and add some detail-texture. Might have new ones cast in resin after I get a few masters ready...gonna need a boat load for this project.

Let me ask you something....how far would you go to get something you need for the hobby? I just hooked up a co-worker from another state to inter-office me some coffee stirrer from their canteen!! LOL!! I think this might be pushing it a bit!!! I will work on the suspension parts tonight a bit. Any time left after I will snap a pic or two! This thing should move right along....I hope!!

While T is cleaning parts, I have been texturing some of the rail ties. I plan on making some as masters and then casting them. so far

Good plan with the ties Rob, you're going to need a bunch and casting your own will certainly save some time in that regard! Besides, T has a cunning plan to construct his own out of modified coffee stirs, so watch out!
