Lamp couplings. Check the local harware stores or online. They are a couple bucks....fancy little brass thingies for lamps and such. www.profhdwr.com/08680L.htm

Aye - the only way to find out if yer mojo is restored, is to get back at the bench fella. Yer goin' to GMMS show next weekend? It's at the fancy new venue North Kent College...there's plenty goin' that'd be chuffed to see yer matey No BACON BUTTIES THOUGH!!!!! Mr Norris sheepishly emailed me earlier to apologise but rules meant they can't offer food onsite!!! Gutted! Righto, the ship has been mounted to the base and taken orf again for the hull painting and the hull is braced inside.
Not worth posting a pic yet but painting will follow very soon

OK the mojo boosting blog begins Dry fitted the deck into the hull to check the fit this will have to be removed for painting before final fitting. It's a great fit, thank gawd, don't want hiccups right at the start Assembled some of the small "on deck thingies" as these are the bits that have got to painted in a wood finish, the boats will be white. There will be lots of painting bits before fitting This will not be a fast build by far

Robbo's done some building, yeah Thanks for looking in chaps I really do appreciate it. Dickster, don't know one end of a boat from the other mate, all I know is it was a floater and not a sinker and it was pretty fast in it's day, nautical terms sir you just jump in and help and that goes for all of you, cheers
