I've got mine :ohyeah Very well packaged and even though it's in a bit smaller box there's a lot in there. The upper hull plate is really small for being 1/35th :hmmm Even being small there's a full interior that has to be stuffed in there. Do I need to tell you working with all those very very small parts will be a challenge? :idonno Nice size PE fret and decal sheet as well. The instructions appear to be well documented and easy to follow, we'll see about that when the time comes. BTW link and linked tracks have some nice detail. With this being a small machine I plan to use those instead of AM tracks. I've got to clear the bench of a few builds before starting on this so you'll just have to stand by unless one of you out there takes the plunge first. Catch you later Tony lee

Since this is the weekend and the shop is closed, the World Series game 3 starts later why not make use of my day off and do something relaxing. Page #1 Engine Assembly, what a switch huh? Page #2 there's more Note: parts C15 and C42 not numbered. Engine assembly complete Parts are Small or Very Small so you better spread something over your lap because if you drop one it's a good chance it's gone. I feel much better now Tony lee

BJ since i've gotten into the kit more the details coming up look promising. Also the instructions are not as good as they first appeared to be. For such small parts the sprue gates are on the heavy side most of the time so don't just chop away at them. Thanks for tuning in buddy Tony lee

Leon and Bruce you slipped in on me Good starts are required Leon so you get their attention. Bruce it's best to build these while i'm young so I put them on top of the list. Cheers Tony lee

Nice start Tony, will the engine be visible at all?

That's my theory Carl Tony lee That's why my stash is progressively growing I agree with Carl, it's much better to have a nice base even if it means suffering if you have to hide it Lovely job on the engine, Tony.

Nice progress on the engine Tony. We will all know it's there no matter what, so that's got to count for something, right?
