Myself and Beast are going to have some fun throwing together two great DML Panther G kits i will be using the last steel wheel version and Beasts will be early Zimmerited version. Im basing mine on possibly the last ever built MAN Panther G which was found in the Charlottenburg Tank Scrap Yard in Berlin 1945 Ref to go on (pics are for disscussion purposes only) Dan B

That's an interesting picture Dan! Notice the outer road wheels missing from the panther!

Thanks chaps Ive been waiting ages to start this kit I'm sure Beast should be posting up his kitty soon Hey John yea that's 1of the reasons for doing this kit the road wheels have taken for spares but others have said they were taken off due to muddy conditions outside Berlin I'm leaning towards the spare parts idea An update in bound when I get in later from a trip too London town Dan B

Ok guys, this is the cat i'm doing, it's Dragon's Panther G with zimmerit. It'll be mostly OOB apart from a few Eduard photo etch bits and pieces. Not decided on the actual camo scheme yet but it'll be an ambush type from one of the four brilliant options you get with the kit. Looking forward to this..............let the games begin!

Ok, managed to make a start today, plain sailing so far and impressed with the quality and detail of the parts. Rear panel is just in place for test purposes as the lower hull looked like there was some bendy warpage going on lol but thankfully everything fits together almost perfectly. Onwards and upwards! Stuart.

Lookin real good Dan. I've a "wheelie" good time ahead with my rims lol, that'll be the next task! I'm going for an almost factory fresh, just of the rail road cars at the front look with mine so no bent or scraped panels. Hoping it'll show a good contrast between our two panzers.

Nice work guys. I do have one concern. Dan did you check the Fan Housings to Upper Hull fit? I built this kit a while ago and it was an issue. Just a heads up to both of you
