Thanks for the interest! I'm currently sick leave due to flu. Today I was feeling better and assembled the second fender. I really, really want soldering gear! Adjustable soldering station costs about 50€. Solder, flux and other stuff is about 30€. Not bad..

Well worth the investment, you won't be sorry especially given how much PE work you tend to do on your projects.

Thank you! As I said before, I assembled the second fender. I took those shovel pe parts from the spares box. Also started building turret. Barrel is from RB model and co-axial mg is from old dml t-34 kit. Instructions show that mg but it's not included in kit.

Turret and fender #2 are looking good. I'm always amazed at how the crews were willing to go into combat in these guys...but then what they were facing in terms of opposing vehicles weren't any tougher/stronger so I suppose it was a relatively even match-up for the time!

Thanks Bill: That's true. Those things are definetly not the best place to be if something goes wrong.. Same thing with submarines. It's also amazing how little space there is for the crew.
