Ok Camo done , fairly happy with my first ambush pattern ...can only get better with my next attempt but here she is.........  Filters and detail painting next . |

Hey T, Elco thanks for the kind comments ... I find it easier spraying these small kits better than 1/35 if you can beleive that lol ! Anyhoo ... we have progress ...got the base started but the decs and mud spray are on also!   Working on the Jeep which is going together very well indeed! |

Thanks Marc , no just thin layers of styrene foam built up .... the other stuff is decorators filler . Ok ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ah ha ha aha we have a jeep in the finishing stages ..........   Still gotta add some finer detail then its done! |

OK since I started the line of questioning I need to finish. What is decorators filler? Thanks for looking in guys , always good to see ya's Marc , decorators filler is called Caulk and comes in tubes like silicone . It is Acrylic based so can be easily formed with water , it has very good bonding and sealing qualities ..... I can pick these tubes up for a pound each in the UK. |
