That Star Decals sheet looks nice - is it identical to what Bison used to be as far as you can tell?

Can't wait to see your magic work on it!

Bison went out of business for whatever reason and was "resurrected" as Star. I just didn't know if they were using the same printing house or went a different route.

I don't think that Star is allowed to do straight re-pops of old sheets - something about why they had to close in the first place. But obviously one of the former Bison owners is the one in charge at Star. Can't imagine there wouldn't be some subject overlap somewhere!

They are nice lookin decs for sure. hope they lay nice and flat. Wouter - its good to be back fella.....been too long. Meanwhile, while the track dry, I base coated the spare tracks with Tamiya Flat brown. Then i mixed Vallejo Panzer Aces rust colors with windshield washer fluid very thin like a wash and began rusting the tracks in random fashion. After i got a look i am happy with i added a Vallejo Brown Wash over that. Ill seal this up with Flat clear for further weathering. Gary

Ooooh yeah...that looks nice! All acrylic washes? Cool. Yesiree Dupes! The Vallejo Model Color & Panzer Aces mixes so good with the Washer Fluid and flows like a wash - doesn't have the surface tension like water does. They also Airbrush rather well when mixed with the stuff. The Vallejo Dark Brown Wash is good stuff, i plan on getting a couple more colors of it.

Some of you guys might remember this as part of a Tiger Duel that stalled last year. Well, i dusted it off and got some Primer on it. Ill finish this one off here. Gary if you can find a copy, there's a book called Tiger Tank Owners Manual (or something similar). It pretty much based on the captured DAK Tiger that the Brits have. Lots and lots of nice photos in it (based around Tiger #131) gary

If i screw it up ill just start over like it never happened! Haha...that's my favorite modeling technique! That's the beauty of it...nothing but a little time lost if you do have to redo it.
