Female Strippers? Theres is a movie ZOMBIE STRIPPERS, but sadly it is pure trash. No good trash, real bad trash. So I do not like Strippers anymore!

Enamel flesh color was added this afternoon gents.
I still don't know how I will approach the hair and beard...
Time will tell...
By the way, Tigrazor, the helmet is still intact mate !
Tomorrow I'll split my time in two : 1) make over hall, 2) make over Viking LOL.
Best regards ! AG.

G, maybe you should think of what colour inclueding all shades and lights you will have on the Bust! And MAYBE (to be on the safe side) test some variations on a cheaper figure just to see how the shading work will look like!). I for myself would go the blonde way for a viking. There are tons of possible colour mixings!

It's gonna be a blonde one this time Frank. I've painted the beard and hair already in Humbrol enamels.
I hope I will succeed this time, the oils will tell the coming days.

The bust so far, face, hair and beard in enamels as a base, the grey is base color too. More enamels will be applied before I start painting with the oils. AG. Not defeated by this Viking yet. (Maybe he'll need another round LOL)

Looks promising! And now go along carefull, with planning (yeah, I know it is blah, but how often I have said this to me! Without any effort, so I consider it as important now, muharr!) The blonde basic looks really good!

Planning wasn't the problem Frank, I'm just not that experienced in painting figures. I will do the best I can and now I will move on to the finish. I started the base painting of the eyes yesterday, they look better than the first attempt so that's good.
Thanks Deano, I'm glad you jump in every now and then, you're one of my favorite modelling artists and the best in 1:72 scale !

V 2.00 oil time for the head, first session. More finetuning coming up probably tomorrow, the hair and beard are also in the pipeline. The first attempt looked a bit clean...V 2/00 looks bad and smelly. Best regards ! AG.

Hi Frank and friends, here's some second session paintwork of the skintones, I added more contrast to it so the blond beard will stand out more than before. I try to share my newbie experience, please correct me if I'm wrong,OK ? Next to do is hair and beard and finishing the face itself. Best regards ! AG.

I think the little bit reddish in the skin tone fits perfectly to a blonde. It may not look good on this special figure here, but have you ever considered painting "sundots" (do not know exactly the english word for the german "Sommersprossen", you know those darker little spots on pale skin. And to improve my english every time I do not use some translation programs instead of my fantasy when it comes to describe what I mean, harhar!) on a figures face? The idea hit me exactly NOW.
And hats of for the "ugly" mouth, it is really realistic, gulp! Teeth and gums are sculpted very well and your paint job brings out even the most rotten detail.

I know exactly what you mean my friend, we call them "zomersproetjes" (Sommersprossen). I don't know if I will add them, I'll be a happy man if I manage to optimize the contrast of the face and hair. Maybe next time, I think I have a suitable one in its box.
Thanks fellas !

Thanks Leon ! I had to find a way to add more color to the skintones of the face to make it look more vivid once the helmet will be glued on. The visors tend to leave a shadow around the eyes and on the cheeks. I added carmine red in my skintone mixtures and I think it works. I chose to go for heavy contrast for this one. Best regards ! AG

Head, hair, beard and helmet done and glued on. Time to add some color to the rascal, shield time ! I decided to go for blue and yellow, just like the boxart. Enamels were applied for base coloring. Oils will follow later on, and a heavy battered look, completed with arrows. Hope you still like it friends. Best regards ! AG.

Thank you for the nice responses, I have to use the pc of my wife if possible.
I'm also suffering from a heavy tinnitus attack, last weekend was very hard, meanwhile I've been to the hospital two times and more tests will be done to see if they can find a reason for it.
Today I've found a little piece of mojo and I gave the shield a couple of oil washes, there's one problem : I can't put pics on the forum.
I'll see if I can find a way.
Best regards ! AG.
