Ok Dierk . You have me wondering what type of build you think is "not wasting it on German armor " or better than "ok I suppose " in your judgment . Is it the quality of the build or does the build have to be from a specific country and era ? Myself I am interested in models of all subjects and era's but tend to build mostly armor . PS I did see your ISU-122 build thread . I have one of those in my stash and haven't built it yet .

I was only pulling your leg (poke)! The build is absolutely stunning - like I said: I'm really jealous of your skills. I apologise if you thought I was treading on your toes - nothing could have been further from my intention.

Dierk I wasn't sure so now that is behind us . So what do you like to build mostly , if you don't mind me asking . Your ISU - 122 certainly shows that you have put a lot of research into it .

No problem Carl - always fraught when communication is purely in writing and not face to face: a lot of the subtlety falls by the wayside. Anyway, back to your question: when I got back into modelling I decided early on to concentrate on soviet WWII arour (with the occasional German trophy thrown in for good measure) in the mistaken belief that I could keep reigns on my modelling budget that way lol

Dierk I should of tried that idea but its too late for me now and besides there are so many great kits now and they just keep getting better ! Wonderful isn't it ! It's a bit 'hooray, yet boo' IMO - so many great kits - but the stash seems to grow by at least 3 kits for everyone built (not to mention the ones in the stash that have been superseeded by new and better releases). To think, when I first got back into the hobby I thought: I'll buy one kit, build it, and then buy the next one (poke) yeah, THAT happened...not!

Dierk it sounds like my stash . I've got kits in there that were fantastic when they came out but now they are looking antique almost when compared to the new releases .
Jeff , it's a inexpensive enough kit so getting another one would only set you back about $20 .I don't know about the pe if its still available .
