Well, here are the cleaned and first coat painted wheels...... YES they are a gawd awful color. But, I wanted a distinctively different color.

Well, my trip got canceled literally at the last minute, so I started addressing a paint disaster. As you can see from the pic's I had to strip the magazine and part of the barrel. BUT the first re-apply of the brass paint has turned out OK. Still have to weather it once the brass painting is complete....but here is a peek into the future of the Gatling-gun;

Todd, I ended up going to Ace, and getting a rattle can of Antique Gold. It's got a good base color, and I guess we shall see how things turnout as i weather it
