Mate, I"m not sure it is that unrealistic, I mean if I was up there trying to shoot down everything the Allies were sending over, I'm pretty sure I'd want every weapon they could bolt on . And speed, plenty of speed, dash of invisibility wouldn't hurt either. Did I mention luck?  |

I know we can't do this right after the 190....but we need a Bf 109 GB too. And also I loved Gameras Japanese GB on FSM. Even after 10-11 years it never died down

Spitfire squadrons did the bulk of the fighter work against the FWs. It helped the Hurricanes survivability in that the Germans didn't take the raid seriously at first and only sent a handful of fighters for the first several hours. The 190 outclassed the poor old Hurricanes in all aspects. |

IX came into service just before Dieppe that the Spit was competitive again. The Mustang I and Typhoon also were competitive with 190s at lower altitudes. |

I was about to say there would be no way in heck that I would have a P-51, but I am a pathological liar as I have a P-82. I knew I should have asked myself if I had a weird Mustang.
