Does look a touch on the tall side compared to your photo there. A quick filing down wouldn’t go amiss I’d think. I agree that it does look a bit tall. I probably would regret it if I left it alone. Yes, I agree! I think if you take your time with it and just take small amounts of material at a time you can preserve that angle that you like with no trouble. You’ll be much happier if you get it down a little.

Opening the trunk is awesome! Thank you, there will be more work in trunk area soon, waiting for 1 of the 3 Demon kits I have ordered to get here. ( I want to see how good the Round2 roll cage is, or am I fabbing entire thing).

Thank you very much for the offer. I just got notification that one of my kits just left New Jersey on its way to me. I should have it Tuesday. Does it seem to be one of the old MPC style 4 point cage that was all contained inside the seat area?

It looks like I will be scratch building that too. My cage went into trunk along with going along door to kick panel area. Thank you again for the offer and the photo. Looking forward to seeing more of your build.

Thanks Joe. As for the interior, I just got the materials for the door panels, etc. from the blue delivery truck this morning. I still need to find some items if anybody knows where I can find them. These would be 2 electric Carter fuel pumps, Fram HPG1 fuel filter, under hood fuel pressure regulator, outside fuel pressure gauge, monster tach. I pretty much have everything else I need except for paint materials. Right now, I am cutting up and modifying resin headers, as they don’t even come close to fitting between torsion bars and steering.

I have a 409 from them and stole the valve covers for my ‘59 Impala. Also the wheels and tires on my corvette gasser came from them as well.
