Thanks, I am not as steady of hand as I used to be, if I were, I would have tried to free hand airbrush the silver pinstripes and hidden candy features. It will have to do. At least it will be a fairly good representation.

Thank you, it is going to look pretty close. It is a physical impossibility to get it where I would like it to be. Between the pain meds and unsteady hand, I have grown to accept it. I used to be very well versed with paint guns and air brushes.

Thank you. I totally agree. We can be extremely picky when we know what the actual product was.

Thank you very much. Much appreciated. That’s the thing when we try to duplicate our own stuff, we get really fussy to the point of climbing walls. I do agree that the stripes came out really well. They certainly took a lot of work. After the clear comes the fun part of making my own headers, fuel pumps and lines, cables
