Hey fellas!....yeh I know...2 updates in a weekend!!! Unheard of fromm Crispy,eh??  ...No Piccies,cos PB is messing,again...but progress has been made.As a requirement for the decs I'm using,I applied LC black to the top of the tail and tail wing with the hairy brush,This shouldn't be apparent,when the final satin finsh coats go on.Told ya....quick update!!! ;D As usual, ANY comments are more than welcome!!!  |

Looking great! Never noticed how the blades are shaped until just now. Let me guess... you went to Nemo's place to take some of his paint, right? LOL Maybe I should come across the pond for some paint too.

Hey OJ,thanks for looking in bud ;D Andy like you say,unusual shape for the blades,and the paint I used was all my own!!! ;D..Didn't borrow any of Nemos(Honest!) Sorry Steve,but yup!...that was the base coat!!! Sam,...good to be back,albeit little bits at a time,eh? Thom,so nice of you to drop in,and keep an eye on me fella ;D Ok....next stage is to lay these little beauties down.....not quite sure when yet...but hopefully by the weekend  |

Hey ER,Sorry mate but Nemo doesn't do prescriptions  ....Just listens to a friend in need,and gives an opinion!!! ;D Having said that,I'm fortunate that we are good mates,and we can speak frankly,because he helped with another problem I've had,as well!!!None of my 'non modelling' mates knew what the problem was like! Anyway,I'm taking it slowly,and we'll see what occurs... |

Hey Gary.....I would hate to think that you could even contemplate the thought that I would BS about such a superb piece of Brit engineering!!!!!! ;D ...It may not be quite as good at 'Tank Busting' as the Apache,but it is still a VERY effective battlefield Helo. I'm sure I read somewhere that we developed the Longbow gear you carry on your Apaches now!!  |
