Hi All, apologies for the lack of progress and attendance in general. In truth I'm not at all well at present, won't bore you with the detail but I'm covering the day job and just about finishing a jet for a GB on anther site as it's got a deadline of the end of the month. I just cant manage two builds and posting on the great stuff here at the mo. I am reading the threads though Hopefully, I'll be back to this one and MSC soon just can't say when Steve

Update update read all about it !!! Finally spent a bit of time on the Wessex. I've detailed the starboard side, filled the incorrect exhaust ports, drilled new and fitted efflux pipes. Fitted up the nose section then added some knocks and dents. Finally I've started building up the rotor tower. This one is going to be sunk into the groundwork a bit so i'm not bothering with the underside. ACW, including those saying 'bout time!

Yep on the mend now, at least I can move me head again Gary, thanks matey We're a bit off paint yet though, and at my build rate it'll be sometime next year Chris, thank you Sir yes got an hour in last night and maybe a few more over the weekend My trouble is I spend too much time on the Internet dreaming about my next build, and the one after that

Thanks Jo I spend a while on prepping the surface and restoring panel lines which doesn't really show until the paints on so the build seems slow at this stage Welcome along Leon , in fairness you've not missed much . Feeling much better now thanks buddy. Steroids by injection in the the neck will do that to ya... Or so I'm told

Wouter , yep we're off again Venom , and it was just for you I started this.. I'm hurt buddy only joking! glad you've dropped by Right Update time, Cockpit added and detailed -ish, the intr' panel has been drilled out to show missing dials. This was done by applying the decal, then drilling holes where there were dials... simples eh? Rest of the airframe, is primed to find the last few areas to fill / sand / ignore Rotormast panels are dry fitted for now, I want them to fit but leave realistic gaps, like the thing has just been pushed back in place not fixed. pics are a bit poor but you get the idea Next? base coat, mask the glass, last details and seal the cockpit... the list goes on ACW as ever

Dicky, Mark, thanks for the support guys yep wrecks take more planning than you might think.. I think I'm still learning but the method seems to be leave of bits that might have been removed by the last crew then nicked by anyone else still, all good fun and that's what MSC is all about
