I thought of a better task to do instead of tracks today which I can do while watching the races this weekend,maybe.  I just assembled the gun for the L/48. All I had was a J. Rubio barrel which is not even made for this DML kit. The DML barrel goes all the way back to the breech block and the Rubio is only about 2 1/2 inches long. I made a spacer extension for the Rubio and a collar to take up the gap in the hog head,sort of Rube Goldberg engineering but it works. If you build a L/48 using the DML L/70(V) kit I would suggest you get the Armorscale barrel / resin set. Since I was in a gunny mood I painted both guns and installed them in the casements. Lovely work mate. And some nice info on the Jagdpanzer IV a well. Glad the paint has started to come on, lookin' forward to some more SPG action!
