Hello Gentlemen, Well i have started my easy breezy build. Im doing the Hurricane Sherman but wont have wadeing stacks. It will be OOB and whatever i decide to add like welds, grab handles and the like. So far its been easy with the exception of largish mold seams on all parts of the bogeys and wheels, but still no biggie. Is largish even a word? ;D By bbd468 at 2012-06-23 By bbd468 at 2012-06-23 By bbd468 at 2012-06-23 By bbd468 at 2012-06-23 By bbd468 at 2012-06-23 Thats it for now fellas! Gary

Tony, Im not sure about relations, im not sure where spud is from. Im originally from west Texas but my great great grand father and family is from the area of Berwickshire scotland. My family tree goes back to 1066. Anyways Somehow in the mix we managed to have a great grand father marry a Choctaw indian woman named Buncie. No wonder i had a drinking problem and wanted to scalp the fellas in a bar fight. It all makes sence now!!! ;D But now im bald as hell and we come full circle! ;D Gary

Thanks you fellas. I should have an update later tonight. Nice, I built their firefly. Is the underside of the sponson missing in yours too? Yep, the darn sponsons have vanished! Really dont understand how a very important part of a tank can just be left out of the equation. Thats Tamiya for ya! ;D Ill probably add them with some sheet styrene. Gary

Hello Gentlemen, Thank you for the nice words fellas! managed to get most of the turret done. I added a bit of texture to the turret by stippling with Tamiya extra thin cemment. Still have a bit to do on the turret and im also going to build some sponsons from sheet styrene. Im going to do the tracks last. I should be ready for primer by thursday. Thanks Spud. The build is completed and its time for primer and paint. I was disapointed to see that the tracks dont fit properly. Both sides are a half link short. Ill have to tinker with them to get a proper fit. But ill mess with it later. Here she is before primer. Thanks for looking. Gary
