LOL, ok Spud, gonna see what I can do with what I have. Will test on scrap first. I may as well start some dusting on the lower hull and then maybe dirt.

Hey ZZ that first pic is awesome. Wish I had that from the start. The color pic will come in handy for the weathering to come. I had that same image but smaller.

Ouch, ouch looks like it's been thru WW II. Great job as usual on what looks to be quite the fiddly little thing.

Tyler glad you too like the bullet holes, quick and easy to do and adds that little bit of eye candy.....and sets the scene too.
Got the WW on, but not very happy with it. Am going to wait until tomorrow evening and see if it stays on or I remove it and start over with the WW. I'll post a pic up latter and see what you all think. Going to BayCon show so after that I may redo the WW.

That's all for tonight. Took a few pics and will continue tomorrow or Monday once I decide if the stays or I redo it.

Great work on this one. I like three tone camo under white wash. White wash also looks realistic. Will you make it half destroyed or it will be rusty?

Cheers fellas. Will spend the day at a show and think the WW over.
Momcha, as is with the bullet holes and no rust.

WHY?! I love your WW job. They always look better after weathered. Like how you removed WW around the bullet holes.
Have fun at the show!

It looks good from here Rob and agree with Andy, the loss of the WW from the force/impact of the bullets is a nice touch IMHO.

Thanks all for the support and kind words. After thinking it over today at the show I will keep the WW. I know the weathering will change things and also decided maybe some mapping and filters will do the trick.

Good decision to keep the WW Rob, I love it !!! It doesn't have to be an extremely faded WW to be a good one ! Man now I'm already thinking of washing and streaking it ! The white spots will be a fantastic carrier for your magic tricks !

Took a different route with the weathering. Some filters here, some there, a bit of dark, a bit of light....um, some streaking....some dust and dirt...........Just mixing things up and having fun. will let things dry for a while, then back to AK enamel effects. Will post a pic in a bit.
