WOW! Beautiful like those ladies at Joann Fabric! They looks pretty realistic. Dig the damage or weary stones! Let me understand how you made it work. Carved while the putty was still wet. Then did the damages after it was dry enough?

Thanks guys. Andy, as soon as it sets to the point you are going to start working you need to keep going til you're done best way to describe what it feels like would be damp chalk. The "softer" it is the easy it is to do the damage. Scribe when its harder for less damage.

Thanks lads. It's all painted up... just need to snap a picture later. I wasn't planning on and figs but my LHS had a set of 2 officers in winter coats for 1/2 price so I figured what the heck.

Again thanks all for the comments and support.
Andy, if what Carl says is true, best we start talking about the dowry. Whatcha got? ;D
Gary, I put this up on my site. I kind of got caught up in the painting part and skipped a couple of photo but the text should be easy to follow.
Dicky, I just can't decide about the rubble. I know there would likely be something there. I think I may go as far as some chucks of stone around the hole that I am thinking looks like it would have been made by something like a grenade. The holes is gonna be filled with some dirty water with some wispy snow in moss in the grooves. But I don't want to go from "base" to "dio" if ya get my meaning.
Anyone know how to do dirty slush?

hehe Mark, Yeah, I am wondering if it will ever really be done. But we soldier on. Speaking of soldiers... Admittedly i don't do a lot of figures... but... I've never heard of Warrior brand figures. Dunno if they're discontinued of my LHS is just reducing stock but they are all 50% off so the 2 guys were just $12. Perfect fit, minor cleanup, not a single air bubble and great detail. what a deal. I think I will be stocking up. right after I snapped this they got a coat of white primer. They already look the part Oh yeah... my attempt at wisps of snow on the street, holy crap what a disaster. Initially I reached for the CA glue and though to myself to use the white glued instead. I know the year is young but that shot right to the top of the list of "Best Decisions of the Year 2013"

Cool, should add quite a bit of eye candy to the base. Panther is the perfect back drop. That heating barrel looks pretty dang realistic too.

Those figs are in my opinion the perfect compaions for the cat behind them. And the burnt barrel is a wonderful idea
