Finally I can update my Hetzer adventure guys. I had to do some resource on the camo schemes and I picked a three tone hard edge camo pattern for this one. I went for a field painted camo. Factory painted hard edge three tone camo made these Hetzers look practically the same. So I had a lot more artistic freedom as field camo was very randomly done. Factory work : ONLY for reference purposes ! Field work (?) : ONLY for refernce purposes ! Blu Tack was used to create the cloudy shaped stripes/spots. After the yellow was done I masked off the yellow with BT. Then a mix of Nato Green and Dark Green was sprayed on. After drying the green was masked off. Finally the brown was applied. This is what appeared, unpacking this was exciting. Hope you like it so far. Best regards ! AG

you sure these aren't factory painted as well Guy? If you look at the second photo you can see that the one closest to us and the third one have camo which is pretty much thesame except for some details. Nevertheless, it looks very cool Guy, I can't wait to see you hit the weathering button Cheers

Gary, I hope this makes it clear, please ask if not my friend !

Excellent work on the camo pattern! The hard-edge schemes were all factory-done...but they used different templates at different times as the assembly lines were running so even though Hetzers were all produced at the same factory, you have different factory-applied schemes show up in the same units depending on when the vehicles were produced. Makes for some very interesting difference as you see in those reference photos Guy. Looking forward to more!

Thanks to everybody !!! The supportive words mean a lot to me because this is the first hard edge camo I did since This is good for personal confidence ! Bill, thank you for the explanation on the hard edge camo pattern, now it makes more sense to me. So it was all factory hard edge camo paint work, with different templates. Glad you cleared this out to us fella ! Carl I like your new banner mate ! I have little time for modelling this weekend but I managed to start track building already... Best regards ! AG.

Hey guys, today I've found this great picture of a whitewashed and heavily worn Hetzer, please look at the streaks and then you will probably understand my decision to go for a similar looking vehicle. Best regards ! AG update tomorrow.
