The rust on the exhaust is perfect. Especially the soot around the end. Great work.

Thanks fella modellers, the jack's nearly done now, it's already attached to the right fender. The steel bar was also finished. The wooden jack block will be painted tomorrow. Tomorrow more paint'nwash'npigment slapping. Best regards ! AG

Hi G, great stuff mate! The white enamel really helps the impression of the look! I also really like how some areas are still mostly white while others are pretty much worn off. Brilliant!
Cheers JT

ceresvesta...pornified Hetzer...sounds OK to me lol ! John, the white enamel paint works great to enhance the effects of the W/W by hairspray method. It can be applied to soften or to add contrast to the model. Andy, I think it's almost finished this project, still 10% finishing work to do. Rob, thank you, the hairspray method is always exciting to do. I love this technique more and more. Bill, the finish is near my friend ! T, it's a one piece jack so it won't work I'm afraid. But a good paint slapping will do the trick, let's hope so... Mark, I keep'm coming until it's finished ! Today I had a whole day for myself ! wing_nut, thanks mate ! Steve, yep it's the finishing touch that makes a model, even if it's only a simple out of the box thing. Anyway folks, here's a bad pic of it, when the Hetzer's done there will be taken better photos. Best regards ! AG.

Rob, I think the W/W added a lot to the ambush camo, I'm glad I decided to go for a worn W/W.

Clint Eastwood couldn't look any badder. Looks like she's been rode hard and put away wet. The fat lady is about to turn out the lights because the party is almost over. I'm polishing up the "Frog Hair" award as we speak. Tony lee

I have one question guys, what do you think of this ? A normal wood block or a whitewashed one ? I think they didn't remove it from the fender when they ww'd one.
Thanks in advance for your opinion and also thanks for the positive comments !

Dicky, thanks for your opinion, it made things easy to decide. I went for a whitewashed wood block, with the grain shining through.
Leon, thanks !
Nate, thanks !

Ok guys, I call it done. I hope you like it. Tracks were done the regular way : Flat earth sprayed on...dust pigment/sand pigment/white spirit mixture brushed on (excess removed after drying time)...Pigment fixer sprayed on...dark steel pigments applied...a bit of sanding...wet spots here and there were done by applying Mig Damp Earth Effects. Best regards ! AG.
