Nice SBS on the suspension Bones, love the way this one's coming together. Well all things said it has not been a total disaster, when I get a little weathering finished I will post it tomorrow or Saturday. I am starting the CMP FAT 12 now even though I am not sure what I will do about my reference picture being a Morris. The reference picture is of a 5th Infantry division I found where there was a 9th Australian outfit the had CMP FAT 12's with 25 pndr's.

Top view and I now notice that the aerial has not been installed, the pictures have all been taken so you wont get to see the aerial in place, you'll have to take my word that I installed the aerial as soon as I saw it was missing.

I noticed that there are some blotchy spots, they are in the pictures and not on the Vehicle due to something in the light.

There is one other item that I missed due to my ever shorting attention span but its to late to worry about it now.

Bones, Great work. This is a fantastic looking little tank. Love the overall paintwork. If I may can I make one suggestion? The tyres on the wheels would have been rubber, if you are so inclined you could go back and paint them in....? Entirely up to you.. Cheers for now R Richardoram Thanks for the nice words on this little vehicle. As a rule I dont go back but might do a second one buttoned up with the right pattern on it now that I know how that undercarraidge goes together, as it is it does not look all that bad. Bones

Finishing is the important thing with scale models, lots of them get started but not near as many get finished. I remember a post a while back by a serious builder with good artistic talent who wins contests and publishes articles. What caught my eye was where he tells of having well over one hundred partially finished models on the shelf. Sometimes my builds don't make me happy on how they turn out but I have always gone on finished them before moving on to a new one. And that is not to say I haven't been tempted to start a kit that comes out and is more interesting than the one I'm working on, after drooling over it like the old plow horse I just put me head down and keep in the row where I started.

Ill bet they did, when I think about it I am surprised that there weren't more little paint schemes on vehicles over the war period, the penalty for painting unapproved things on your vehicle must have been stiff.

Great work... dig the paint job! Andy
When I first thought of doing it I thought it would be interesting and after doing it even with a too small a patrern I can see that I shoul do another one correctly because with a little patience it really would make a nice model.
