Good afternoon chaps! I have been trying to finish this in time for our club show which is on Saturday. I decided today that rushing trying to meet a self imposed deadline is not why I model. Finished by Saturday is not going to happen! So things to do: install steering wheel, cupola cover and Glaze cab, finish exhaust, decals, pin wash, scratch and install canvas tilt cover (will be tissue) and then the weathering can begin! Since last post I have added the cab glazing and decals are on. Well the Canopy is on. First time I have used tissue and PVA and its a big area to cover. I thinned the PVA with thinned life color paint to tint it. A question what do you think, does this look OK; do I add tie downs etc or do I take it off and have another go? Canvas cover looks awesome, tony! Tie downs look smashing as well. Did you reinforce the holes that you wove the rope through, or were you just super careful? If so, how? Great build!
