Absolutely wonderful.
I have used Dullcote in the rattle can as my main flat coat over fully cured Vallejo acrylics. I have never experienced any difficulties. I do let the fig sit for a day or so before flat coating though.
I have airbrushed Dullcote thinned with Testors enamel thinner with no issues either. I have never thinned it with laquer though.

Very impressive Paul! The lettering looks like it was printed on and all the details just pop. Wise choice on leaving yourself a 'handle' to work on! Looking forward to seeing more on this impressive piece of work.

Have to agree with guys... one of the best flags I have seen! Is there a figure set that comes with an American flag?

Very nice Paul, you can almost feel the breeze that's rippling it from here! The subtle effects and highlights give it a very nice satiny/silk like look to it.

Splendid work, Paul. The flag is outstanding and its colours make the figure face stand out. You really did a great job on focusing the light on the main parts, this is one of your best methinks
