Hello modern AFV guys. And hello to all the rest you since you all scour these damn forums like vultures Nearly uncharged water for me. The only other modern piece never got finished. Everyone needs a shelf queen I guess. A member of my club is also in the Central Jersey AMPS chapter and they are putting together a display to be put on at the 3rd ID Museum is at Ft Stewart in Ga. To commemorate the “Thunder Run” into Baghdad on Apr 5, 2003, the group will be building a number of the participants. I am going to be doing “Huckleberry” which is the vehicle of the LTC & CO of 1-64 Armor. Hope you will follow along but be warned…do so at your own risk. What I know about modern can be etched in all caps on the head of a pin so there will be a million questions. And I’ll start with a request. Anyone that has any photo refs of Huckleberry and can post them will have my eternal gratitude. That, and $8, will get you through the Holland Tunnel Here’s the kit… And the real deal…

Thanks Guys Dicky, like you said... not too bad but bad enough to need the spreader. Once I got the wheels on I noted they were riding on the inside edge of the inner wheels with the out wheel off the ground. I spread it just enough to get them flat... and... all of a sudden... the top of the hull fell right into place. I'm looking with special interest to this one mate. Yes wouter... i suppose you are

I've got Cyberhobby's # 9125 Heavy Armor in the stash. I wonder if the hull will be the same way
