Deano, at this point 2 tone desert-ish? Revells Gulf War Sand is what's on it now for a base. Instructions say a darker brown for the second color. Tammy's NATO maybe?

PAINT,did i hear paint?Bring it on Jeff Almost forgot ,body work is looking good. Yes, I said paint Leon Probably not the kind you're thinking of though. I'm talkin' fiddly bits Frame is glued to the body, exhaust and muffler painted and glued, still need to do the muffler bands though. And the lower body panel primed and dry fitted. A lot of touch up to do,but we're gainin' Model on Boys

Jeff, there’s a lot of detail packed into that small kit, it looks like a larger scale build. You’re doing a splendid job on this one, keep it coming.
The way you photographed your present progress on the kit it sort’a looks like a turtle flipped over on its back!

Leon and Eddy, you are both too kind, Thank you. Ed funny you should mention the Turtle thing, hadn't thought of that, but you're right. When ever I flip a Tank chassis over with out the roadwheels on, I think it looks like a Junebug on it's back Should have a pretty good update later today, things are starting to fall together.

Do it Jeff!!! Couple it up with one of Dragon's FANTASTIC 1/72 Leopard 2A5 KWS - superb Don't push me D. A couple of interesting facts though. The Biber is based on the Leo 1 chassis and the Dingo is built on a UniBLOG frame Got any pics of the tpo and underside of the top hatch cover?

Deano, hadn't given that ANY thought I will take it under advisement Guys, the fit on this kit is so good, the large gap between the body and the front end worried Me, but I think I found the reason. Take a look at these two photo's and tell me what you all think. I think it has a tilt front end. See the grab handle? Jeff, just trying to play a bit of catch up all over the forum, and looking at the front end,I agree it's a tilt front. If you look just inboard of the lights, above the bumper, you can just make out the pivot hinges.I would imagine there is an internal release, and maybe 'assist' rams, the same as a lot of modern vehicle 'Hoods'.

Gary, We had Pork cutlets, some mashed Taters, corn and Apple sauce. It was goooooooooood. Thanks for the pop Bro. Deano, Leon, robbo, Your comments are well recieved my friends. Dicky, I think I need to add a Uni to my wish list.I'm starting to like these truck things. It's hard to shake the model car roots I guess CB, Thanks for the info Dude, that's what I thought. I am kind of puzzled about why the grab handle isn't in the middle of the "bonnet" seems like it would put a lot of strain being on that one side. Looking at the pics I see something else I have to do. I got so wrapped up in the bumper end openings I forgot to do the middle one.........D'oh
