Gentlemen your comments are unbelievable to this old model builder ! Been putting plastic together since the mid 1950's and I never thought my hobby could be as enjoyable as it is now being here with all of you !!! Here's the result of todays long session at the bench . When this wash dries I'll seal it and then do another wash in the areas that should be darker . Thanks again men ! PS. Gary , wear a bright yellow one !

Always fun to see what Carl's going to pull off next. The shots of the side skirts and rear stowage baskets are about as realistic as you can get IMHO. Very sharp work here Carl.

Much appreciate you guys following along and your comments are still a real motivation . So I'll keep plugging away at this one . Here's the pin wash on the turret . Its taking a while for the oils to set up to where they can be whipped down without lifting out of the crevices so It'll be a while before I do that .

A good Sunday to all of you ! Thanks for the wonderful comments . As always they much appreciated . I hope none of you thought the above pin wash was the final stage . I spent some time last night and today rubbing and blending the oils and touching up some areas . There must be 100 plus raised bolt heads and I dabbed oils on each one of them at least twice . Next there is that many bolt heads on the underside of the turret to pin wash . Here's the top of the turret for now .

Nicely dabbed Carl. Just enough Buddy. Be careful of your thingies when you flop the turret over.

Between that non-slip texture and the bolts, this one's really starting to pop Carl!

Carl the Panzer IV size turret is looking mighty fine . I have some ref. pics of this vehicle, and you are capturing the rust and dirt build up to the notch I hope I can get mine to look half as good as yours. Paul

The side walls, tracks & wheels are looking very nice Carl! I had also once broken plastic tracks using Modelkasten ones. Never ever use white spirit on plastic tracks. But you learned this lesson the hard way so you know by now. Very nice work so far. Marcel.
