Thanks guys. Like I say, One piece at a time, do not rush.
I wonder if Uncle Al would be honored or mad by me doing this. He was a very modest man, and didn't think what he did was anything special (we did have a few disagreements on that front).
Hope to have more real soon.

Looking real good! You may like this... saw running B-25J last Saturday at a small air show here in Indianapolis. It was just amazing... I will see if I can post a video clip for you.

If they returns next year I will make sure to let you know. And there is another group of Warbirds making two stops in northern Indiana in July. B-17, B-24 and P-51. When the B-17 in Valparaiso I normally see it flying over my house. They tend to use the highways to navigate.

yeah I remember you saying that about him. they weren't called "the greatest generation" for nothing. how was the kit? any real issues to sort out? looks real good.

The kit was really pretty nice. The main thing is the nose gear is pretty weak. I broke it off several times, so I am going to replace the strut with .047 brass. That should take care of it. The only other problems were mostly due to "Operator Error".
I should have most of them sorted out in the next few days.
