200 hours?!?!? DAMN!!! That's why I have been putting my USS Indy aside forever. But it is worth every minute! Definitely one of my favorites... I should stop calling you Professor Plunk and start calling you Captain Plunk instead.

I should stop calling you Professor Plunk and start calling you Captain Plunk instead. With all the stuff you've got for USS Indianapolis it probably will Andy! Just remember Captain's Revenge!

Yeah, I am afraid so... bought all aftermarket stuff available for the ship. Maybe in the spring we will do a GB if you are in mood to do build another ship?

Well alrighty then...that's what I'm talking about. I sure have enjoyed the Texas WIP, and am a little sad that it's done, but it's spectacular as expected it. You're clean streamlined WIP really made it look easy...almost caught myself thinking I could do it Now time for some wingy fun I see...yay!

Maybe in the spring we will do a GB if you are in mood to do build another ship? I could certainly be coerced into doing that. Got a couple of projects in mind...

Another great addition Bill! I really like the marking on this bird. Thanks Leon! One of my close friend's father served as a pilot in the Air Force for many years and flew the F-102A from roughly 1957 to 1960. His total career spanned the Korean War as well as time in Vietnam. It just so happened that his F-102A unit was the 327th Fighter Interceptor Squadron and he was stationed with them at bases in California as well as at Thule, Greenland. The stories he could tell about pulling alerts with nuclear-tipped missiles were very interesting to say the least. My friend wanted to have an aircraft in his dad's squadron markings and this one turned up in the Google search, so I offered to build it for him to honor his dad's service. While this particular aircraft belonged to the squadron commander, the rest of the markings were the same for the unit when it was stateside. I'm going to give it to him tomorrow as an early Christmas present as he's been eagerly following the progress.

Nicely done Bill! Another fine addition to the gallery this year! Quick too!! You still have a couple week ya know? LOL!! 7's going to be my limit for the year, no question about that. I'm not Dupes! Not just the usual holiday intrusion, I also have to prepare to teach a new class starting on Jan 4th. Definitely going to eat into available bench time. Might start something, but definitely won't be finishing.

Hi Bill Just stumbled on this thread and I have to say hats off for the quality of the job you've done with them. They all look great and incredibly realistic...even the 'fictional' Star Wars kits. Yours Andrew

Thanks Andrew! This is year's lineup is probably the most diverse on record for me! Great stuff, Bill! I vote for more aircraft in your build queue. The trouble with more aircraft is where to put them when done. Same thing with ships.
