I went in to the contest room on Thursday when there were a lot more models than there were on Wednesday (I put mine on the table on Wednesday) and my jaw hit the floor. It will truly humble you quickly. The level of work was just INSANE!! Honestly though, I didn't care if I placed or not, I was just happy to be participating in Nationals.

I saw the first two pages of this so far Mike ( Medicman71 ) and have got to say that even though I'm only two pages in, the photography so far is phenomenal!! Thank you so much for sharing this.

Epic effort Mike. Excellent photography. I perused all of it and you did a superb job of capturing the entries as well as the essence of the show. It's impressive to me that you got all these great pics. When I was at the Vegas Nats I was trying to photograph everything and realized that I was so busy trying to get photos that I was losing out on taking the time to truly enjoy all of the wonderful builds. I had to reign myself in a bit. Thank You so very much for not only getting all of these great photos but, for putting together the slide show. You got some karma coming for this.

Thanks guys! Glad you enjoyed them. All of the pics were taken with my iPhone. I'm actually surprised that I got pics of all the models and such.

So it's been roughly 3 months since the IPMS Nationals and I just NOW noticed something. I kept my badge and it's hanging at my bench. Looked at it today and realized JUST NOW that my last name was spelled wrong.
