If this counts... Id like to join. Better late than never. I want to mess around painting a plane and dont want to mess up anything expensive. Plus, I kind of like these egg plane kits. Might do a bunch of them for the kid to hang in his room. I should have enough time to finish before your deadline.

 Great to see you back at it again Steve and I was hoping that you'd make your way back to the forums sometime. That engine looks just fabulous stuffed off into this bird. Some really good detailing going on in there buddy!!

Just for fun I’m going to jump in with this. Got a couple things to finish up but I should have time to tackle this little guy. Never done any sort of captured scheme and winter camo on top of that so lots of stuff to play around with. Fun way to use this old Matchbox thing.

   Looks like it was a fun build James and am glad to have had you in on this GB brother. I'll get you all posted up in the gallery with this one when I get my computer back out of the shop. The network adapter failed on it and while I'm having that fixed up I'm having my computer tech replace my hard drive with a solid-state drive which should speed things up just a little more and she's going to get a new battery as well. I should be back up and running with it by Monday or Tuesday of next week.

Alrighty....

Here are the latest updates on my build.

It is "done" for the purposes of the Plastic Posse's 100th episode GB. However, I cut a lot of corners to get it there. So at this point, it has a very basic degree of weathering, plus a few problem spots that I need to go back in and clean up. Lastly, I'd like to put it on some sort of a base:

 Missed this but I'll get you down on the list Kyle and it's great to have you in here buddy. It'll be cool to see a captured 190 in the mix.

  Good LORD Boyd!! I love the mottle pattern that you pulled off on this one and it looks great already!! I really love those A8/ R2 birds. LOTS of firepower in those things.

   Those are both great entries and I'm very much looking forward to seeing what you do with these Jan. I've already got you on the roster and have a chair pulled up for a front row seat on these two.
