Great stuff - and cranking out the builds. How was the Reaper? I've got that one in the stash. Thanks! I'm finally getting on a roll, finishing up the mountain of things that I have started. There are many. I could do JUST this for a year or two. The Reaper kit was pretty great! Detail was a little mushy in parts, but the fit was solid, and the decals worked well. Instructions were terrible, though - try to find a copy from the Revell boxing if you can!

Good stuff, one and all. No more flooding lately I take it? It appears that we are past the flooding. Maybe it'll just be snow, like it's supposed to be? Although currently, there's no significant amount of precipitation anywhere in the short-term forecast. Fingers crossed!

Thanks Lyle! More to come. I think I can get the SA-2 Guideline launcher done next.

Some really impressive productivity!! Bunch of great work I would feel more like that were the case if I weren't cleaning up my mountain of WIPs. Some of these were started recently, some a loooong time ago. And I've got a lot left that were started an even LOOOONGER time ago!

Really excellent work Marc and over a variety of subjects - your talent is certainly versatile. That Panther is killer. Outstanding paint and weathering.

Outstanding builds. All of them. I applaud your effort to reach back and complete unfinished kits. I know that I would feel quite accomplished if I did the same. Those all may be late to the finished que, but they are all beautifully finished. Well done my friend.

Thanks a ton, guys! This is my favorite part, I think, of having a true forum (vs Facebook, etc etc). The historical, collected nature of posts vs just a "quick hit" which is soon forgotten. Outstanding builds. All of them. I applaud your effort to reach back and complete unfinished kits. I know that I would feel quite accomplished if I did the same. Those all may be late to the finished que, but they are all beautifully finished. Well done my friend. Believe me, having this thread going has done WONDERS for my completion rate. A bit of added motivation to fight my way through the last tough bits (or the mistakes I made) to get things into the "finished" pile. I'm going to keep going with finishing WIPs as long as I can before I crack into anything new!

Got another one into the case! This is the fairly old Trumpeter kit of an SA-2 on the stationary launcher (they make a vehicle-towed version as well). Definitely not as sharply defined as most of their newer stuff. It's HUGE. Way bigger than I thought...pretty hard to photograph as a result.

That'll be it for me for a few days, anyway! Moving on to the next pile of WIPs I'd like to tackle. Took a pic of the "on deck circle" so you guys wouldn't think I'm just pulling all of these completions out of nowhere. There are many more that are close, but these will likely be next:

Beautiful work on the SA-2 Dupes! Are those Egyptian, Syrian, or Iraqi colors? The other SA-2 that Trumpeter makes is the transporter for the launcher in a tractor trailer truck rig. On your second photo, it looks like you've got enough there to keep you busy for a few weeks

Thanks, guys! Trying to decide what to tackle next. I threw some German gray at the cockpit of the HS-129 and the 1/72 Sd.Kfz.263 at the same time yesterday...I should probably keep plugging away at those. Although there's a 1/32 Zero that found it's way onto my bench? It's neverending.

Ooooh. 1/32 Zero. I love it. Sadly, that one has been relegated to the "paint mule" pile. It was the 21st Century Toys kit that someone gave me...it looked somewhat promising (I did their Macchi 202 a while back, it was pretty great!) but when it came time to sandwiching the cockpit and engine in between the fuselage halves I realized that there was no way it was going to ever properly fit. I'll have to get my Hasegawa kit onto the bench some time instead.
