Blew off dust? Not licking it off? I recall dust is like sugar for us all.

You guys are gonna be soooo pissed at me! Ive made a bit of a mess trying to glue the canopy on. Using the vacuum formed canopy is more trouble than i thought it would be. Ive now got glue all over the place and now im reassessing the situation....and i started a Tiger build. The Spit is once again shelved!!! OK....bring tha PAIN fellas! Gary

Why didn't you use PVA glue for the canopy? Is it going to be finished? Any more questions?

Why didn't you use PVA glue for the canopy? Is it going to be finished? Any more questions? I did use PVA glue Luigi. The vacum formed canopy is so thin i couldnt get it to stay and when i did manage to get it on i had a mess of glue. so i had to pop off the piece's and im gonna have to clean off the glue and start over. Now im flustered and already shelved it and ill revisit the Spit later. I do have a back up canopy since 2 came in the package. Right now....im over it and its TIGER TIME!!!

gary if you have it dipped in future try this. while gently holding the canopy where it belongs then use tamiya thin and let it flow through. quick and painless. i have also used painters tape to loosely tape the canopy in place and do the same thing.
i know it is frustrating. i have felt that before. good time to work on something else for a while.
you will get through this though.

Andy, Dupes - Thanks a bunch fellas! Andy, all the markings are Decals bro. Dupes, Grumpy is a good word for it and describes me as i was dealing with parts of it!
