As the saying goes...Good things come to those who wait.
Well I waited... and that's a good thing right there.

Thanks so much fellas, i sure appreciate it! There was a wee bit of purposeful procrastinating goin on with the Spit too. My nephew was supposed to have the figure of jackwagon Winters painted by now....i was using the Spit as a bit of a bribing tool for him to finish. Both are Christmas gifts from to one another. Makes next Christmas look pretty iffy dont it! Thanks again my friends!!! Gary

gary congrats on the finish. and she looks up to your usual extremely high level of skill. next winged build try a shake and paint type. hase or tam will work. just not the -38 yet, they get fiddly. that will allow you enjoyment with minimal stress.

I do have in my stash a 1/48 Hasegawa Bf.109 G2, 1/48 Tamiya P-47D and an Eduard Albatros also 1/48. So, my next wingy outta be a breeze compared to the Revell Spit!

Greetings Gary, An outstanding finish! I especially like the half and half paint scheme on the underside. Not something seen very often.
