T!!! Thanks dude, glad you like the Jesus Tank ;D , and thanks for the PM ^^ Dickster, thanks mate...sure you got that right, arrrrgh Dan, yeah, a bit quiet anyway ;D Glad you like it...I was lucky to have a fellow modeller (Grant Vanhall - people looking at Armorama might know him) sent me some spare decs ^^). I'd say - go for the Russian paintwork mate, extra grimey and dirty weathering ...love DAK as well, but it seems that's too popular lately ;D Cheers

Hey Wout!!! I have been eyeing at that very kit every time I stop by LHS. But I end up getting other kits. Maybe you will have some kind of bad influence on me to change my mind...
Looking real good so far! Were you kidding us about it being your first Pz III build?

My first PzIII indeed bro...in fact, it's my second small panzer (first one is a 38t still to be finished) Guy, sneaky I am yeah ;D And thanks! Spud, dunno, usually I don't have decalissues mate ;D, this time it was mainly a varnish problem...or shall I say, I was the problem, that's what you get when I want to go too fast ER and Mister Bill, thanks fellas! wingnut...nuthing lowah? oh man, you should go down ;D Boss, yeah well, thought I'd go and surprise you guys ;D. Thanks! Gary, thanks bro!!! Mind with the AB cleaner btw, I think the Vallejo cleaner only works on Vallejo paints Shellback, Belgium is still there...but I was sleeping at work...errrm, working, kind off ;D Joe...thanks for liking my crap dude ;D errrrm ;D Cheers

Hey Wouts, I love my Pz III's and variants - I've built plenty of StuG III's but need to build more standard III's. The box art caughtmy eye when this first came out and it might have to be my next Pz. III build. Looks like a cracking kit and well rescued - she turned out great. Great job on the sagging Magics btw! Ben

Wouter, where have you been? I have built three of them already and I love them. Fewer wheels the better for me! LOL Now get back to work and finish your first Pz III so I can send you a bottle of champagne...

Ho Ho Ho Ben, thanks dude. And glad you like the sag as well!! Champagne ey Andy? Sounds good bro . Fewer wheels is a good thing indeed...pitty those SoB's got rubber tyres though Joe, oh, I thought so mate, thanks again well, bit of a progress. Allthough I think I might have done it a bit too early in the weathering stage, I did some chipping. Used Vallejo Deck tan for the lighter areas and Iraqi Sand for the lower areas...bit of a CM style chipping so to speak. I'm still experimenting with the camera btw...found a good setting to get proper lighting by altering the shutter speed...but somehow in that setting I can't alter the Field of Depth to get the panzer fully in focus...will need to do some reading I guess Cheers

Nice progress there Wouts! Just remember each camera is temperamental and you have to find the right settings that it 'likes' to get what you want! You might want to play with the white balance settings instead of the shutter speed as well if you can't get the depth of field you're looking for.
