Oh yeah. It was especially sweet since I had no idea what was in there. I just wanted a few fittings and such, but to fins a whole extra turret was a pleasant suprise. Still no pics of current progress, been stupid busy lateley.

Thanks, Gary. I'm gonna be pushin' it but it's my goal to have it ready then. Some of the parts in the Dragon kit will help, but some of the stuff in it I've already ginned up out of what I had here. I was for a time debating using the can racks from the Dragon kit too, but I already had one down, and six started, so...... Anyway, I got a couple of pics taken today, more little piddly bits. Empty track rack on the right side: More left side. The aux. gen. muffler is on, still need the cover. I may get some more time on it this week, not sure. I'll be in KC for the weekend, and one of my favorite things to do there, after touring Boulevard Brewing Co. and getting some KC barbeque, is hitting a real hobby shop on the west side, Hobby Haven. Yee-ha!

KC?!?!?! Missed the last part... lived in KC for two years before I moved here. Miss BBQ... so many great places to eat. If you want very nice place to eat... Jack Stack BBQ at 95th and Metcalf Ave... little pricey but worth it. If you don't care how the place looks like... then eat at Arthur Bryant BBQ. Easy!
God, now I am really missing their BBQ. Send me some will you? LOL Have fun!
p.s. There is a nice hobby shop on Metcalf just south of Jack Stack BBQ in case you are interested. LOL

Guys, thanks, you're too kind. Andy, Quick's in Armourdale, Rosedale out Southwest Blvd, Gates, oh he11, I'm hungry. And you're probably thinking of Hobby Haven, very nice place. I hit it every time we're there. They STOCK FRIULS!
Ooh! Can't forget B.B.'s Lawnside. And of course, Dixon's and V's, not for the barbeque but because it's family.

Oh man!!! How can I forget about Gates! It was very good too...
That's the shop I like to shop whenever I come to KC... Sprint is the contractor at my work and we come to their headquarter in Kansas sometimes. It was where I first bought set of LifeColor paint set and I was sold when I used 'em for the first time on my figures.
Have fun! Please do save me some...

Back from KC, left ya some, Andy. Got some modeling in yesterday, likely the last for a couple of weeks due to work and travel, but hey, I'm gonna be celebrating 25 years of marriage, so I can give the modeling a rest for a bit. Anyway, pics of what I did yesterday..... The figgie is probably gonna end up there, seems like a nice fit. Jerry/water cans are test-fit only, not sure of the mix I want to use yet. Getting close to paint, but I probably won't squirt it till the middle of next month.

Love the build, all the added little details sure look good. I'm waiting for paint.
Hmmmmmmm
I'm on wife #4, 3.5 years and going strong. This one though, is a keeper. She told me she would rather have me sitting at the breakfast bar building a model than sitting in a bar hitting on one.
