You're right that strapping and ratchet looks freaking awesome! must look out for some. Love the stowage and in particular the individual MRE's nice touch. Did you make em yourself?

Very well done Sir! Here's the question, how did you squish the water bottles?

Thanks a bunch guys. The bottles are from Live Resin. A quick brush of Future really makes them nice and clear. I tried a hair dryer to soften the resin, even boiling and they stayed real hard. OK, all you prevs that are thinking something else just now raise you hand. I had to hole the bottle over a lit match to get is to enough to pinch with some needle nose pliers and bend the ends over. I printed the labels decal for the bottles and oil cans. The oil cans are 1/8” plastic tube with the ends capped with a small disk of lead foil just slightly larger and the edges burning over for the rim of the can. I made new labels once I got the Gulfa boxes. Pete, the MRE’s are resin. A solid one that looks like a bunch of ‘em and fits in the box I made the decals for the individual ones.

cool mate, they looks very neat. I have some resin bottles courtesy of Accurate Armor, but they are real bad with bubble holes on top :/
These look very neat, need to score some ^^
Thanks for posting this up!

Again guys, thanks all for the comments. Bill, if I don't finish this soon I may never get it done. I've worked on a single model for 5 months. I remember the days guys used to bust my cajones and joke about how fast I would do a build. Happy as I am as how it's tun ring out and to be part of the project for the Ft. Stewart museum I am itching to build something else. I really need to get this done. Now that I am this close I may, just may, get 'er done. Then it's on to... spoiler alert... "The Creature From The Black Lagoon"

I love these lazy, sit around, don't gotta do nuttin' weekends. I added the ID tags to the skirts. I took a wee bit of artistic license with the positioning of one of the front tags. I knew I was already going to have to get the sand color to match (which working out better than I had hoped)) but thought maybe getting a black stripe over it too might not work out. After trying to get the strap taut a couple of time I got an idea. My latex gloves are gray so I cut thin strips to use for the straps. Get the length close but a bit short and stretch it to hook the end. Stays nice and taut. Added a bit of AK OIF streaking grime all over the vehicle... as can be seen by the bit on the cooler lid I forgot to blend.

Stowage is done. Fixed the straps and put a little pigment on them so they are a little less stark in appearance. Only thing left is the MG ammo boxes, spent shells and clicks a some weathering touch up. And the crew of course. Here's the TC so far. Arm chopped up and re-glued to reposition to hold the mike. Still need to and the arm putty and shape the shoulder. Mike, blu-tacked in place, will be detailed with knob and wiring

Bloody sweet Job right there Marc!! Stowage looks great as does the whole Tank. If i missed it, what with or how did you make your wee antenna flags? I like that.
