Keith - Thank you! I like to see different takes myself on the same project! Similar to the MSC Duels...two or three different minds working the same thing, taking different paths all ending up at the same place...the finish line!! Paul - Thanks buddy! For the B-day wish and for swinging by!! No worries my friend...I fell behind on this too...LOL!!

Dicky....Fanx! I do like the set...few nice options in regards to shading and of course camo...even that pink color!! LOL!! Time and place right? The Yellah should work into this nicely once things move along a bit further!

Well, its been since at least October since I updated any progress on this one!! My apologies for letting this one slack!! Seems life and "all" things model related eclipsed the process. She still resides on the bench with a couple of other projects and I will put my best foot forward in bringing this one around soon!!! I did managed to work the lower end, track and of course the blade though. Thanks for hanging in there for the long haul here!!

Thank Dicky! Sorry 'bout that, that was the abridged version pretty much. I base coated the lower end separate from the top (thinking I might have show these earlier but...) Then things get weird. I laid down a clear coat and began hair spray technique followed by the first coat of yellow Added salt and even stranger, slightly different shade of yellow, Dark rust brown color and feathered the top with the IDF coloring
Chipped things off.
Sponged some of the medium and dark rust color for texture...then some light dusting with tan/deck tan mix to some lower areas. Where things are at the moment. As for weathering, the process will start before the tracks go on and will finish up about half way through or so. I will be sure to take some pics of me screwing up laying down some weathering.

Well it seems I have not only been to busy to catch each of the fantastic builds here on MSC but I seemed to miss posts on my own threads....DOAH!!! Sorry about that fellas...Bad T, Bad T!! Dupes - I think last Aug., Thanks and we'll have to see how much I can get done! Boots - Thanks a bunch my friend!! Most appreciated!! Dicky - Thank you sir....too kind! With any luck I will have some weathering real soon! Bill - Thanks! LOL...thinking even the 1:1 would have a struggle with all this snow!! Luigi - Grazie amico mio! Maybe on top of the DUCK!! Oliver - Thank you very much!! Plenty of weathering to come on this one!!! It was not just and epiphany to swing by and check the thread, I managed to work the AB a bit and knock a couple things out. First was the sprockets. Unlike the Big A$$ Sprocket on the FT-17 I am working on and managed TO LOOSE!! (don't ask ) I still have both sprockets. I had the base color down but have been dragging thing along until now. A little chipping had to be done. After playing around with some of AMMO's Chipping fluid I laid down a quick coat of Badger's Yellow and began to chip things back. I know, not the biggest accomplishment but I am able to get the tracks fit because of this... I will do my best to get the lower end all together prior to this weekend as I would LOVE to start weathering this one soon!! I also broke out some stowage I chose for this one and squirt some paint around... These small pieces shouldn't look half bad after some washes I think!! Well, back to the keyboard and the bench!! Thanks for tuning in!!!
