Leon, Jeff and Luigi, Thanks gents!! This has been a FUN ride so far. She will be worn, but certainly not worn out. These things do get beat on pretty bad sometimes. Rolling around the training school in Israel they are climbed on, overloaded and used to their fullest potential...and I would have to venture to guess this is their easiest role. I will try and dig up a pic or two of what I was thinking of coming close to. Show bound!!!

Not very glamorous At all T ! In fact it looks like a piece of well used machinery and at the same time a beautiful piece of modeling ! Spectacular weathering . I really like the beat up look you've got going on this . A true art to achieve this look .

Thank you Carl! Yeah, the lower end on these things get's beat up pretty good as does the top after some operation running. LOL...I would say the top only would get pretty dusty and what not but when driving through buildings to take them down much of the external takes a toll.

Wouts and Pete...Missed you guys there a few days ago, sorry bout that! Thanks btw!! Still sneaking some time in here and there on this one. Started some of the dirty stuff last night. A little plaster and some pigments...some fine sand too! Work in some light pigs while still wet... Then some darker pigments Some cleanup with a stiff brush and let dry good... I still need to work at the D9 itself but moving forward!! Thank for stopping in!!

Viewing this build started with a cup of java and seeing the latest installment with sand on the blade. Another cup later and, having gotten caught up on the this build, I am simply gobsmacked. The sand looks spot on! There were many SBS that were amazingly detailed. Thank you. I especially liked weathering of the running gear.
