Sorry just a short post............feeling like shite at the mo (been orfe work today...and now a days pay down )!!!, wasn`t going to do another blog coz the mojo is a bit busted!!.....however, i`m going to plod along with this beauty (cheers Mr F)



Finished the wheels (although they need to be polished yet), i remember doing the ones on the Rossi Honda and the pinstriping was a real PITA!!!..........these ones were even worse!!!, so i decided to get them out the way early, the curved decs (6 per each wheel) were not even close when it came to placing them on the inside rim so lots of coaxing and SOL soon sorted them little ferkers out!!.....i reckon about an hour on each wheel side before i finally won the battle!!



The seam around the circumference has also been removed on both tyres and the tyres scrubbed up as well.........hopefully get some more done when i feel better!!

Also done the tank and front fender.............but i gotta re-do the tank, just got it polished and then took a ferkin` lump out of the top of the tank with my fingernail!!! , should`ve put me gloves on so it`s my own fault!!

Dicky......cheers bud , yeah must be gettin` on for 3 yrs since i did the Honda, as for the pinstriping, i wish i had had a steady enough hand to paint them!!...........ferkin` dam sight easier than putting the dec versions on !!

Thankya kindly Keith and Leon...........should have been an update but i spent all yesterday evening trying to get my Internet working, after spending half an hour talking to a call centre in ferk knows where(with no joy) i ended up having to get an engineer out today to check it out and he ended up replacing the NEW hub.........with another NEW hub!!!!!!!!!, seems like the hub wasn`t working on the wireless side even tho it was tellin` me i was connected?? FERKIN` MODERN TECHNOLOGY `EH!!

Sorry fellas for the slow start on this.............i still ain`t feeling up to much hence why i been AWOL, went to the `quacks` this evening and it may be the medication i take for my Hernia causing probs!!, been on it for 17 mths now (got to take it for the rest of my life ) and this past coupla months i been feeling not right (not that i normally am any way before anybody says anything!! )......

Anyway i`ve managed a small bit, however, this small bit has taken a wee while!!

Quite a few frame parts assembled, primed, painted etc...........the paint is Zero paints Gloss Black and requires a number of build up coats as it is very thin, some decs applied and Zero Clear Gloss coat `Flashed` over the top, i`ll gently smooth any showing parts back as it it a tad grainy in places and then i`ll give it the wet coats. Most of this is hidden apart from the swingarm and the sides of the Deltabox frame,plus the heat shield over the `Zorst`!!, the bolt heads were picked out using a cocktail stick..

The exhaust has been finished using Alclads Aluminium and the decs on the rear muffler applied...........you`d think that three straight forward circular decs would be easy wouldn`t ya.............oooooh nooooo, the little ferkers did not one play ball and settle down, still got a couple of minor raises on the not seen part of the zorst so i`ll zap `em with SOL for the next few days, again 80% of the exhaust is hidden apart from the last couple of inches...

The tank (yes it had to be a two piece with no tank cover!!) took ferkin` ages to kill the join (as did the front fender ), she was then primed and given the Red coat......the shaped mask was applied for the Ally colour and for some reason the mask adhesive reacted with the Red.........ferkin` ain`t the first time that has happened!!!!!! .........even tho i left it 48 hrs before i applied the bloody mask!!...................i`ve now rubbed it/them back (yes it reacted on the fender as well!!)and will have to re-paint them

I managed to prime a shed load of stuff before the storm so`s i had some stuff to paint indoors.............then realised i ain`t got the ferkin` colours i need









Yeah i know......usual naff standard of pic but it is black under crap lighting.

Cheers fella , yes they are CF decs matey and not bad ones at that (got all the rivet detail on them as well)............it`s just my s*** photeeing making it a bit blurred!!
