Not sure this is the right place but I'm in the new house in AZ for about 3 months and grilling. Here's some asian chicken, kielbasa, and bunch of veggies. All are meals have been on the grill since we got set up  |

Soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder. Marinate for 4 or 5 hours. Boom

Over on FSM there is a long-running thread on stuff that people cook. It is quite amazing that a number of us are competent chefs - “menu” runs from Top Ramen to pizzas from a home made pizza oven!
July 4th is coming up, so maybe members could share pics of their meals made from “big fire”. I have a small old grill with broken parts that I still use when outdoor BBQ is called for.

Hell ya - I went a full year without my grill during my move. Everything gets cooked on the grill. Got the AZ backyard in - I'll be drinking beer and grilling all summer long - sounds like a Kid Rock song lol   |

Setting up a grill is one of the long term goals, once the house inside is finished. In the meantime we go over to my parents, who are in the same village.

My buddy lives in Tempe and all he does is grill out and smoke food all the time. The weather is just so perfect for it all year round, except for monsoon season I think. |

My grill sat like this in my garage from the time that we built it in December ‘19 to the time that we got the patio deck set up in April 2020  and my first time firing it up!  |
