Hobby rooms, mancaves..2013 Where do you build

Hi guys!

I wrote on April 1st about my room being so clean after the rug cleaning. Well, last week we found out that we are one of the houses in the community that is due for new flooring throughout the house. Wish we new that before getting the rugs cleaned. We chose laminated flooring instead of rugs. That is an upgrade so we will pay the difference between rugs and laminate. So, as of now, the house and my workroom is a total disaster as I have to pack up EVERYTHING and take it to the garage until they are done with the installation. It's just like moving to a new house. Everything has to be off shelves, all wiring disconnected and all furniture able to be moved freely. I guess a lot of you out there know where I'm at and how I feel. Not able to use the bench until who knows when. All the stuff I pack and bring down will all have to be brought back and unpacked when I get the room back. One good thing is that there will be no more carpet monster and my chair will roll on the floor instead of having to drag it over the rug.

Sooooo, I'll still be around but won't be doing any building until I get my room back and set up.  Hope it won't take them too long to get the flooring and get the job finished. Could I possibly get lucky and get my room back first?

It's pretty evident what's wrong with your stash, there is no armor.

That's one heck of a stash there TJ! Mine was not THAT big, but sort of close to it about 7 years ago. When we moved, I sold off almost everything thinking I was never going to have time to build anything since it had been almost 15 years since completing my last kit. Thankfully I saved my most favorite kits. You have a lifetimes worth of kits to build!

Me too. lol!! Heck of a stash there. If mine was ever able to be photographed I’d add it but it’s scattered throughout the house. I also need styrene anonymous. Just keep seeing things that are cool and buying them. 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

TJ - that's not a stash, THAT's a model shop. my LMS doesn't have that many kits.
