Gary, Leon... thanks guys. I took thin strips of tape, that I had laid out evenly spaced marks, on the "wood" and used a sharp probe to make a dimple at each one. Not unlike riveting on a metal skin plane. Actually, exactly like riveting on a metal skin plane. A little black oil paint rub in and the excess wiped away to finish it off. Would have been a crap load easier If I had a riveting wheel with the right spacing. A worthwhile investment if there is ever a 3rd Albatros on the bench.

LOVE the marks!!!! They are screaming 'SHOOT ME!!!' No wonder they lost the war...
Hope things are starting to slow down at your business so you are finding more bench time?

Thanks again guys for all the comments. I have to admit... I am having a blast on this thing. That has been the case with all the WNW kits I've done. I wonder what that means? Tanks and strings bags for me? Andy, nope still going nuts. I have been scheduling some "me time" so I don't go off my nut . Going to Rhode Island tomorrow for my nieces wedding. A nice relaxing 48 hours of BOOZE!

Leon, deafstug, geek.... thanks for watching guys. Glad you like it so far. Still very busy with jobs but managing to find a few minutes here and there to get things done. Got the LG installed and rigged. MGs and exhaust on the motor. I made an alignment jig using the holes for the cabanes struts on the bottom of the upper wing.

Hello Brother Marc, Love your jig W-N thats a great idea. Man this build of yours inspired me to open my Eduard Albatros and and start messin with it on the side, Ive had the kit for about 4 years in the closet. This is a beauty Marc, no doubt about it! Gary
