Hey guys, I got about an hour in last night after my kids various involvements. (I spent Mon-Wed evening at the ball diamonds:). Did some work (dirtying/streaking)on the rear left upper hull and the rear hull and started to darken/stain underneath the exhaust. I used various browns and red browns, and a hint of buff. This is just a first layer. It's a matter of doing enough but not overdoing it. Hope I have maintained the balance so far. Let me know what you think so far. ACW. Cheers Nate

Thanks fellas! Geek: I really liked how the use of the pins on the tracks turned out. They ended up straight and pretty easy to work with. I'v already got more for my next set of Friuls. I also really like the pin head that mimics the head of the pin on the real thing. You just have to make sure to put it on the outside:) Thanks for looking and glad to have you aboard! Nate Nate
I have only done two set of Friuli tracks the first with wire the second with pins, I did not find the pins harder to use that the wire and the certainly held well, like you say the pin head look good also. I found I had to be very careful to cut them uniform even though you cant see the inboard side that well. I would recomend pins over wire for Fruili Tracks.

Missed your last update... the wife kept me busy and away from my laptop for nearly two days. Dig your streaking job... they look damn good!
