One of the best painted figures I have ever seen, totally realistic, not as overdone as one can see so often in artbooks. Brilliant guy, I am blown away!

Frank, I think I have to dissapoint you concerning the sculpting part. My next one will be Knight of Heaven.
It's another fan-bloody-tastic state of the art bust.
Currently I'm doing an amateuristic effort to sculpt some fantasy medieval boots for the toad. And no matter the result I'm having a blast !

Maybe an idea for the boots: maybe I would go for a used clothing look, dirty, a bit rotten, one part from here, another from there, some kind of "Landsknecht" design. And for the boots I would definitly do TWO different ones! Hell, if I had the time now I would do something similar! Please come up with some pics!

Just remember to get the number of fingers/toes correct...those darn amphibians don't follow the normal rules when it comes to those things...even their hearts have an odd number of chambers.  Nice pair of boots! |

DAMN! SH!T! This has to be one of your best work EVER! Unlike other busts, this is more challenging since you have to do the flesh perfectly without hiding with dirt, sweat or blood, etc. You nailed it!!!
