I'm really loving the CF look on this one. Yea me too. Very impressed with the Tamiya decals. And as tested, have no reaction under the Mr Hobby clear Beautiful paint job. You can spray my stuff for me any time. Thanks! But lets not get ahead of ourselves haha. Also.. I have no idea why my response is inside your post...

Good LORD man!!! That gloss came out perfect James! You've GOTTA be happy with that outcome. When decanting the Testors Clear, it can be pretty scary at first, especially when you can see the number of bubbles that are suspended in the clear. After it's decanted, the trick is to let it sit for around 5 minutes covered in the jar with the lid loose to let it all gas out. All of the bubbles will go away. I believe that Wet Look is now the stuff that you pictured in your post above. Since you already have it, pick out a spare car body and paint 'er up and use the Testors. Use mist coats starting at the bottom of the car body and working your way up the sides and finally the tops of the fenders, roof and deck lid area and then start over with a second mist coat. Right after the mist coats have been applied, open the needle up and start putting your wet coats on again starting from the bottom sides of the car body and working your way up to the top. You'll get a little overspray here and there on various areas of the car body but don't worry. Just let the car body sit for a few days in a dust free environment and come back over the body with the fine sanding pads and then polish 'er out. I've used several clears ( and this Mr. Hobby looks like a good one to use as well) and Testors is now my "go-to" for clears. It's like anything else though, it just takes a little getting used to in order to get the results you're after.

Thank you for all the encouragement and praise from everyone who posted in here. This one is complete. Here is a teaser. You can find more pics in the completed thread here!
You may notice from the photos as I was adding the body a few things popped out of place. I will have to make a few adjustments before it goes into its permanent parking spot.
